eligibility 

we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for either a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

to be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• free of stains, odors, or damage
• returned with all original tags attached

items that do not meet these requirements may be returned to sender and will not qualify for a refund or store credit.

return shipping

there are two options for returning your order:

use a petite poppy return label

• we'll provide a prepaid shipping label
• the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit

ship it yourself

• you can use the carrier of your choice
• we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Petite Poppy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit

final sale

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

exchanges

we do not offer direct exchanges. if you'd like a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item and place a new order.
