General Return Requirements
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused and undamaged with the original tags and designer labels still attached.
- Non-Compliance: Returns that do not meet these strict requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Return Window & Options
Returns are accepted for a refund to the original payment method or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All eligible return items must be postmarked for return within this 7-day period.
Return Shipping
- Shipping Label: Petite Poppy offers a return shipping label via USPS for a flat fee of $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Your Carrier: Alternatively, you may ship the return back using the carrier of your choice at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Petite Poppy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Final Sale Items
- Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct merchandise exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return your original purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
How to Initiate a Return

We will then send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
